Summary: The Process Engineer role is a fully remote position focused on the assembly of Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) utilizing Thru-Hole and Surface Mount Technology. The engineer will be responsible for implementing and sustaining equipment and processes, driving improvements, and collaborating with internal teams to meet manufacturing goals. Candidates should have significant hands-on experience and direct customer interaction. A BS degree and relevant technical expertise are required for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and sustain equipment and processes used in the assembly of Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) with Thru-Hole and Surface Mount Technology.
- Design, develop, specify, install, organize, document, implement, and maintain equipment and processes for PCBs housed in plastic cases, metal enclosures, or potting materials.
- Drive process improvements and modifications to enhance production quality, efficiency, and reliability.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support ongoing manufacturing goals and ensure consistent process performance.
