Summary: The Process Analyst (RPA) role involves leading discovery workstream activities focused on automation opportunities and documentation design. The position requires collaboration with business analysts to build a center of excellence while ensuring compliance with security clearances. This is a remote position for a duration of 6 months, classified as inside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the discovery workstream activities including automation opportunity tracking, documentation design and leading Discovery Workshops.
  • Leading Knowledge Transfer sessions with force BAs to facilitate the building of force CoE.

Key Skills:

  • At least 2 years proven experience in process mapping techniques (i.e. process maps, workflows, UML, or IDEFO diagrams).
  • Good knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Understanding of RPA platforms such as UiPath, Blue Prism or equivalent technology and how core applications work.
  • A good understanding and knowledge of software delivery methodologies e.g. Agile and Waterfall.
  • Analytical skills to see different perspectives, identify best solutions, accounting for technical limitations, conflicting requirements and time or resource pressures.
  • Focus on requirement gathering and process automation documentation.
  • Ability to lead client teams, including in discovery workshops and cross-functional team settings.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide mentorship and guidance to junior business analysts.
  • Strategic planning/commercial skills to help the client track and realise their Return on Investment (ROI).
