Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive due diligence and analyze confidential information memoranda (CIMs/SIMs) and supporting deal documentation.
  • Draft, review, and refine Investment Committee (IC) memos and Board Decks to support decision-making processes.
  • Navigate complex public filings, financial statements, and dense transaction documents for thorough investment evaluation.
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external teams to monitor task progress and identify key errors.
  • Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail in managing confidential and sensitive information throughout deal processes.

Key Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience in private equity or a combination of private equity and investment banking (Associate or Analyst level only).
  • Expertise in reviewing public filings, conducting M&A or financing transactions, and preparing CIMs/SIMs and due diligence materials.
  • Strong proficiency with Investment Committee memos and Board Decks, including structuring and presenting complex information clearly.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to craft precise and compelling narrative for diverse audiences.
