Key Responsibilities:
- Manage your own caseload of complex Estate Planning cases to include Wills, Trusts and LPAs

- Work collaboratively with expert support from the team to continually develop your legal skills, administrative support will also be provided at certain case levels
- Use your legal knowledge to mentor more junior members of the team

- Qualified as a solicitor or chartered legal executive, CILEX, or TEP qualification, with a background in estate planning
- Knowledge of tax systems within England & Wales
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to draft documents

Sellick Partnership are recruiting a remote Private Client Solicitor to join one of the fastest-growing in-house legal services in the UK, with multiple offices nationwide. The private client solicitor will have the flexibility to work either remotely or within one of their offices. You will be handling your own caseload of complex Estate Planning cases, including LPAs, Trusts and Wills. The Private Client Solicitor will be required to:
