RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Principle Product Manager in Atlanta, GA.

Roles and Responsibilities:
* Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that leverages AI to optimize e-commerce operations and enhance user engagement
* Roadmap Planning: Define and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market demands
* Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights, using this data to inform product decisions
* AI Integration: Lead the integration of AI technologies into e-commerce platforms, focusing on personalization, recommendation engines, and predictive analytics
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with online Merchants, engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless product development and delivery
* Customer Focus: Advocate for the customer by deeply understanding their needs and pain points, and incorporating their feedback into product iterations

REQUIREMENTS:
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
* Experience: 8+ years of product management experience, with a strong focus on AI and e-commerce; Proven track record of successfully leading product initiatives from conception to launch
* Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of AI technologies and their application in e-commerce; Familiarity with machine learning, natural language processing, and data analytics
* Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and translate business goals into actionable product plans

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
