What We're Looking For
Must-have experience
8+ years in technical content development, instructional design, or learning experience design, ideally in a SaaS or enterprise software context.
Strong background in post-sales SaaS or enterprise software partner deployment and implementation enablement.
Recent (last 3 - 5 years) experience creating technical training for deployment and implementation roles (for example, partner consultants, implementation engineers, DevOps or integration teams), not primarily soft-skills or sales training.
Proven track record designing self-paced eLearning and microlearning that supports technical users such as consultants, deployment engineers, administrators, and integrators.
Hands-on experience applying backward design and/or 4MAT to real projects.
Demonstrated ability to build scenario- and workflow-based learning tied to real deployment use cases.
Experience working in or with an LMS (course setup, learning paths, basic reporting) and partnering with LMS administrators.
High level of AI fluency, including practical experience using prompts and large language models (LLMs) to support content and eLearning courseware development (ideation, structuring, refinement) while maintaining ownership of instructional quality.
Strong attention to detail for learner experience, including clarity of flows, pacing, chunking, assessments, and accessibility.
Comfortable operating in an agile, rapid-release environment, managing multiple deliverables in parallel.
Self-starter who works independently, drives clarity with minimal oversight, and communicates proactively.
Candidates whose experience is primarily general L&D for soft skills, HR, or leadership training without recent, hands-on technical deployment content work will not be a fit for this role.
