Principal Security Consultant

Summary: The Principal Security Consultant (Physical Security) role focuses on providing expert consulting services in physical security, particularly within banking and financial services. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct enterprise assessments and gap analysis in physical security.
• Develop security roadmaps tailored to client needs.
• Engage with stakeholders, including executive leadership, to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Implement and manage access control systems and video surveillance platforms.
• Ensure compliance with security risk management standards.

Key Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in physical security consulting or architecture.
• Strong experience within banking or financial services environments.
• Proven track record in enterprise assessments, gap analysis, and roadmap development.
• Hands-on knowledge of access control systems (Lenel, CCure, etc.).
• Experience with video surveillance/VMS platforms (Genetec, Milestone, Avigilon).
• Knowledge of Physical Security Information Management (PSIM).
• Strong understanding of security risk management and compliance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
