Key Responsibilities:

• Provide consulting services in physical security for banking and financial services.
• Conduct enterprise assessments and gap analysis.
• Develop security roadmaps based on assessments.
• Utilize knowledge of access control systems and video surveillance platforms.
• Manage security risk and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Engage with executive leadership and manage stakeholder communications.

Key Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in physical security consulting or architecture.
• Strong experience within banking or financial services environments.
• Proven track record in enterprise assessments, gap analysis, and roadmap development.
• Hands-on knowledge of access control systems (Lenel, CCure, etc.).
• Experience with video surveillance/VMS platforms (Genetec, Milestone, Avigilon).
• Knowledge of Physical Security Information Management (PSIM).
• Strong understanding of security risk management and compliance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
