- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Data Center Engineering, Network, Security, Cloud, Storage, and Operations.
- Drive infrastructure modernization, migration, consolidation, and technology refresh initiatives.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, RAID logs, dependencies, and implementation risks.
- Present program updates to executive leadership and steering committees.
- Manage vendor relationships, implementation partners, and Statements of Work.
- Ensure successful delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
