Summary: As a Distinguished Principal Platform Architect, you will lead the technical vision and strategy for the Internal Developer Platform ecosystem, enhancing operational excellence through advanced Digital.ai solutions. This role requires collaboration with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams to establish cloud-native architectural patterns and governance frameworks. You will also oversee the integration of AI-powered DevOps capabilities and ensure compliance with security frameworks in a remote capacity. The position demands extensive experience in enterprise platform initiatives and cloud migrations within regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and champion cloud-native architectural patterns and governance frameworks across the enterprise.
• Architect, design and oversee implementation of a provider-agnostic Cloud Enablement Developer Platform.
• Spearhead the integration of Digital.ai's AI-powered DevOps platform capabilities.
• Orchestrate complex network topology integration, including hybrid cloud connectivity.
• Design sophisticated platform implementations utilizing Digital.ai Intelligence data lakes.
• Define and drive GitOps maturity across the enterprise.
• Design and architect Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions with Ansible for Azure cloud environments.
• Author enterprise reference architectures and technical vision documents.
• Collaborate with executive stakeholders to translate business imperatives into technical strategies.
• Lead the architectural vision for enterprise DevOps solutions.
• Establish architectural oversight to ensure compliance with enterprise security frameworks.
• Identify disruptive technological opportunities and strategic platform use cases.
• Demonstrate exceptional systems thinking and architectural problem-solving abilities.
• Partner with C-suite executives to establish strategic technical roadmaps.
• Establish and lead a platform architecture community of practice.

Key Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• 10+ years of demonstrated expertise as a principal technical architect.
• Extensive experience architecting cloud migrations in regulated environments.
• Deep architectural expertise with Ansible for Azure cloud orchestration.
• Proven experience architecting and implementing Digital.ai platform solutions.
• Advanced proficiency in multiple programming paradigms (Python, C#, Java, Jython).
• Comprehensive architectural knowledge of multi-cloud environments, particularly Azure and AWS.
• Current AZ-400, AZ-305, and AZ-900 certifications or equivalent expertise.
• Current RedHat DO-467 Certification or equivalent knowledge - preferred.
• Deep architectural expertise with Kubernetes and container orchestration platforms.
• Advanced cloud architecture certifications strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership within enterprise-scale agile development environments.
• Proven ability to architect and orchestrate distributed networking solutions.
