Key Responsibilities:
- Translate architectural designs to task backlogs and determine the optimal order for delivery.
- Formulate and test hypotheses on technical approaches to various problems.
- Define technical tasks and estimate implementation efforts.
- Present evidence to support data-driven decisions for product teams.
- Code with maintainability in mind and champion agile best practices.
- Mentor colleagues and collaborate with QAs and Business Analysts.
- Build strong relationships with architects and facilitate problem-solving.
- Work in a dynamic, collaborative, and transparent culture.
