Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Data Product Manager with deep Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) domain expertise and strong enterprise data platform experience.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of overall professional/IT experience
- 10+ years leading Data Product Management initiatives within PBM
- 3+ years of dedicated Data Product Management experience
- Strong understanding of PBM operations, business processes, data ecosystems, and integration challenges
- Proven experience with enterprise data platforms
- Experience standing up data platforms and integrating third-party/PBM systems
- Strong expertise in data integration, transformation, standardization, and data exchange
- Experience defining and executing complex data/integration product roadmaps
- AWS experience is mandatory
- Strong hands-on understanding of Snowflake and SQL
- Experience with Kafka and ETL
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable data platform capabilities
- Strong experience working with Data Engineers, Architects, Analysts, Business Leaders, and Executive Stakeholders
- Excellent communication, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and cross-functional leadership skills

Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise data products
- Define product vision, strategy, priorities, and roadmap
- Translate business and PBM requirements into data platform capabilities
- Lead data integration and third-party system initiatives
- Drive data standardization, transformation, and enterprise data exchange
- Partner with engineering and architecture teams to deliver scalable data solutions
- Collaborate with executive, business, operational, and technical stakeholders
- Identify data gaps, integration challenges, and opportunities for platform improvements
- Lead complex initiatives across multiple teams and enterprise systems
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a principal-level Data Product Manager who combines strong PBM/Pharmacy Benefit Management expertise with deep knowledge of enterprise data platforms, AWS, Snowflake, SQL, Kafka, and ETL.
Candidates should be comfortable operating at both the strategic and technical level and leading large, complex data initiatives across an enterprise healthcare environment.
