Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Principal Consultant with strong expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes and implementation.
The candidate should have a good combination of business process knowledge and techno-functional skills, along with strong experience in solution architecture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support O2C implementation projects.
- Understand and analyze end-to-end Order-to-Cash business processes.
- Work with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Design scalable and effective solution architectures.
- Provide techno-functional guidance across O2C processes.
- Identify process improvements and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with technical and functional teams during implementation.
- Support solution design, testing, deployment, and production activities.
- Troubleshoot complex functional and technical issues.
- Prepare solution design and technical documentation.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in O2C implementation.
- Excellent understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash business processes.
- Strong techno-functional knowledge.
- Good experience in solution architecture and solution design.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work closely with business and technical teams.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in the PST time zone.
