JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for an experienced Principal Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle ERP and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes and implementations. The ideal candidate should have a strong combination of business process knowledge, techno-functional expertise, and solution architecture experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead Oracle ERP O2C implementation projects and initiatives.
- Analyze end-to-end Order-to-Cash business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Design scalable and effective solution architectures.
- Provide techno-functional guidance across O2C processes.
- Identify process gaps and recommend appropriate ERP solutions.
- Coordinate with functional, technical, and business teams throughout implementation.
- Support solution design, testing, deployment, and production activities.
- Troubleshoot complex functional and technical issues.
- Prepare solution design documents and technical documentation.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- 15+ years of overall IT/ERP experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle ERP O2C implementation.
- Excellent understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes.
- Strong techno-functional consulting experience.
- Experience in solution architecture and solution design.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in the PST time zone.
