Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business process design workshops to improve operational efficiency and system workflows

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Principal Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support enterprise application initiatives with a strong focus on Order-to-Cash (OTC), ERP systems, and Salesforce CRM.
This role will be responsible for driving business process improvements, leading system integrations, and supporting the implementation and optimization of enterprise business applications. The ideal candidate will combine strong functional expertise with technical understanding to bridge business needs and IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business process design workshops to improve operational efficiency and system workflows
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
- Drive Order-to-Cash (OTC) process improvements including order management, billing, and invoicing
- Collaborate on ERP and Salesforce integrations and enhancements
- Lead data migration activities including data mapping, transformation, and validation
- Support system implementation lifecycle (SDLC) including testing, UAT, and post-go-live support

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, MIS, or related field
- 6–10+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst / Business Analyst
- Strong experience with Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, etc.)
- Experience with Salesforce CRM (implementation, integration, or support)
- Proven experience in data migration, integration, and system implementation projects
- Solid understanding of financial systems, billing, and accounting concepts
- Experience working in Agile or Waterfall SDLC environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SaaS, High-Tech, or Information Services industries
- Consulting background is a strong plus
- Experience with customer data management, cleansing, and deduplication
- Familiarity with integration tools and APIs
