- Advanced skills in Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation, Terraform, CDK).
- Proficiency with containerisation (Docker, EKS/ECS) and orchestration.
- Expert in CI/CD tools (AWS CodePipeline, Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions).
- Solid background in networking and Linux/Windows administration.
- Skilled in monitoring and observability tools (CloudWatch, ELK, Prometheus, Datadog).
- Proven leadership in high-pressure, complex environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- AWS certifications (nice to have).
