  • Draft press releases, media pitches, client bios, and press materials.
  • Create articles and thought leadership content for clients using insights provided.
  • Monitor platforms for real-time PR requests and respond appropriately.
  • Track award, speaking, and judging deadlines, entry criteria, and costs.
  • Identify relevant awards, speaking, and judging opportunities and manage the submission process.
  • Compile supporting documents, client metrics, and assist with drafting entries.
  • Maintain shared documents, project calendars, and campaign timelines.
  • Attend team meetings; contribute creative and strategic ideas.
  • Provide day-to-day organisational support to the Marketing Director.

Location: Primarily remote, with occasional in-person client meetings in London

Fee: Dependent on experience

Schedule: 3 - 5 days a week (dependent on initial trial period)
