Summary: The PPDS Functional Analyst role involves supporting a leading manufacturing client through configuration, testing, and support of SAP PPDS modules. The position is primarily remote but requires travel to Grand Rapids, MI for key meetings and workshops. The contract is set to start on July 28, 2025, and end on January 31, 2026. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the SAP PPDS Functional expert, driving configuration, testing, and support of Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (PPDS) modules.
- Work closely with business and technical teams to gather requirements, translate them into system configurations, and support successful delivery.
- Assist with solution design, master data alignment, and integration with APO or S/4HANA systems.
- Provide guidance during UAT, go-live, and post-implementation support.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues related to PPDS functionalities and optimize planning and scheduling processes.
Key Skills:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP PPDS in an implementation or support role.
- Strong understanding of production planning, material master, work centers, and scheduling.
- Experience with SAP APO and/or S/4HANA PPDS modules preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Must be US-based and available to travel 1 2 times/month to Grand Rapids, MI.
