Summary: The Senior Power Platform Tech Lead will spearhead the design and implementation of enterprise automation solutions within the banking and lending sectors, leveraging extensive expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement scalable automation solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio.
- Modernize and migrate existing automation solutions while integrating with Azure services, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL, and third-party APIs.
- Build intelligent workflows that improve operational efficiency and business productivity.
- Establish and enforce Power Platform governance, including Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies, role-based security (RBAC), auditing, and compliance standards.
- Ensure application performance, reliability, scalability, and adherence to organizational best practices.
- Lead technical discussions and solution design sessions with business and technology stakeholders.
- Mentor developers and citizen developers by promoting reusable components, coding standards, and best practices.
- Provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

- Support release planning, deployment strategies, and continuous improvement of automation solutions.
Key Skills:
- 10+ years of experience delivering enterprise automation and digital transformation solutions.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio.
- Proven experience within the Banking, Lending, or Financial Services domain.
- Experience integrating Power Platform with Azure, Dataverse, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, SQL databases, and REST APIs.
- Strong understanding of Power Platform governance, ALM, CI/CD pipelines, and source control using GitHub or Azure DevOps.
- Experience developing custom connectors and advanced integrations using C#, JavaScript, or Python is highly desirable.
