The custom workflow components. Builds file renaming, content routing, retroactive triggers, accuracy gating, reporting.

Skills required

• Power Automate at architect level (not just basic flows)
• PowerShell for M365 administration (PnP, Graph API, Purview cmdlets)
• Certificate-based authentication and Azure App registrations
• SharePoint Online architecture
• Working knowledge of Purview to know what to integrate with

Time commitment: ~200–250 hours (mostly Phase 4, some Phase 3 and 5) = mid-project engagement

Compensation: $45-$65/hour (Based on experience)
