Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate, including:
- Power Automate Desktop (PAD)
- Power Automate Cloud Flows
- Desktop/UI automation
- Workflow design and orchestration
- Exception handling and logging
- Unit testing and troubleshooting
- Strong understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Experience designing and delivering enterprise automation/RPA solutions.
- Ability to independently take an automation use case from requirements and solution design through development, unit testing, and demonstration.
- Experience integrating automation solutions with applications such as web applications, desktop applications, Excel, Outlook/email, PDFs, SharePoint, APIs, and other enterprise systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand existing automation logic and redesign it for the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working directly with customers and business stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience migrating UiPath automations to Microsoft Power Automate Desktop.
- Working knowledge of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, queues, selectors, sequences, and workflow architecture.
- Experience with Blueprint or similar RPA migration/assessment tools.
- Experience developing and deploying attended and unattended RPA solutions.
- Experience with Power Apps, Dataverse, AI Builder, Azure DevOps, and Microsoft 365 integrations.
- Experience creating Process Design Documents (PDDs), Solution Design Documents (SDDs), test cases, and other automation documentation.
- Previous experience delivering automation solutions within Financial Services or another regulated industry.
- Microsoft Power Platform and/or UiPath certifications are a plus.
