Job Title: Contractor - Power Platform Engineer
Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:30-4:30pm CST
Location: Remote
Contract Length - 6 months
CW Shape Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). Implement integrations with Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and Azure services. Ensure security, compliance, and governance across all Power Platform solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions. Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize existing applications. Shape Skills Strong proficiency in Power Apps (model-driven and canvas), Power Automate, and Power BI. Experience with C#, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and API integrations. Familiarity with Dataverse, Dynamics 365 modules, and Azure services (Service Bus, Functions, SQL).
REQUIREMENTS
Understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps tools (Azure DevOps, Git). Shape Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field (or equivalent experience).
4 6+ years of relevant experience in Power Platform development.
Expertise in OOP, design patterns, and advanced Power Platform configurations (plugins, workflows, actions).
Experience with data migration tools (SSIS, Kingsway) and Power Apps security management.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, agile environment.
