Power Platform / Dynamics 365 CE Technical Lead

• enterprise application experience, including at least 5 years with Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power Pages, Dataverse, model-driven Power Apps, Power Automate, and Azure DevOps.
• Experience with C#, .NET, plugins, JavaScript/TypeScript, Dataverse Web API, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and enterprise integrations.
• Strong knowledge of Power Platform ALM, managed solutions, environment variables, connection references, security roles, and deployment pipelines.
• Experience leading distributed development teams and delivering end-to-end Power Platform implementations.
• Strong communication, troubleshooting, documentation, and customer-facing skills.

Government, healthcare, licensing, regulatory-system, and WCAG accessibility experience is preferred.

Microsoft PL-400 or PL-600 certification is desirable.
