Power Platform Developer

Summary: The Power Platform Developer & Migration Consultant will lead a tenant-to-tenant migration project for Power Platform assets, focusing on the end-to-end migration process. This role involves hands-on discovery, designing migration strategies, and engaging with client stakeholders, with limited travel to Chicago during the assessment phase. The consultant must have extensive experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse, as well as a strong understanding of Microsoft 365 services. The position is primarily remote, with travel expenses covered for client-related travel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end migration of Power Platform assets including Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate flows, custom connectors, and Power BI integrations.
• Act as a migration architect during the initial assessment phase, performing hands-on discovery and designing the migration strategy.
• Engage directly with client stakeholders to ensure successful migration outcomes.
• Utilize PowerShell, PAC CLI, and Power Platform admin tools for migration tasks.
• Design solution architecture for enterprise-grade deployments.
• Make independent decisions and solve problems in consulting settings.
• Travel to Chicago as needed during the assessment phase (client-paid).

Key Skills:

• 3-5 years of experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Proven experience migrating Power Platform solutions across environments or tenants.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 services, custom connectors, and Power Platform ALM.
• Proficiency with PowerShell, PAC CLI, and Power Platform admin tools.
• Experience designing solution architecture for enterprise-grade deployments.
• Independent decision-making and strong problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel (limited, client-paid).
