Job Description:

Need someone to help conduct an assessment of Hodess' current state--

Really just an assessment role - Power platform expert, having done assessments and reviewing architecture

CFO

Looking for something of similar deliverables in the past

Plan on continuing to use Power Platform regardless of ERP (moving to hybrid SaaS platform--CRM or ERP?)

CRM homegrown--PowerApps for sales team, PowerBI dashboard built for sales team

Signed and integrating HubSpot, sales dashboard is getting replaced with this

Sage300 ERP--hybrid in datacenter, moving to CMIC SaaS ERP for accounting functionality

Deliverables

What it's going to take to extend and harden system/platform--limited options in power platform

Gaps that we see and what it would take to harden/close them, how long it would take

What does it look like to integrate with some of the things coming down the pipe/can we even do that?

Assessment to map that out

  • Areas of technical debt are identified and documented with sufficient detail to support estimation efforts.
  • Requirements to resolve the identified areas of technical debt are defined.
  • Outstanding enhancement requests are evaluated and documented with sufficient detail to support estimation efforts.
  • Assessment results are reviewed with key stakeholders.
