Responsibilities
Design data model, security roles, audit logging and workflow architecture
Design Microsoft 365 integration (Outlook and Word templates, Entra ID sign-on)
Required
8+ years in solution architecture; 4+ years on Power Platform (Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, Power BI)
Strong Dataverse security-role and RBAC design experience
Experience with confidential HR or personnel data
Preferred
PL-600 or equivalent certification
State government project experience
Accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA) design knowledge
