Summary: iSphere is looking for a Power Platform Administrator for a long-term remote role, focusing on governance and the implementation of AI and Power Platform tools to enhance business processes. The position involves administering Dynamics 365 CRM, supporting Microsoft 365 Copilot, and leading the Power Platform Center of Excellence. Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and support Dynamics 365 CRM, including configuration, customization, and integrations.
- Build and maintain user-friendly Canvas apps tailored to business needs.
- Document processes and ensure consistent workflows across CRM and Power Platform solutions.
- Govern and support Microsoft 365 Copilot usage policy compliance, user enablement, and monitoring performance.
- Administer AI capabilities in Power Platform/M365, ensuring responsible deployment.
- Provide expertise in Copilot Studio to streamline development and automation.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify AI-driven improvements in processes and reporting.
- Lead upgrades, governance, and troubleshooting of the Power Platform CoE toolkit.
- Create and manage Power BI dashboards and reports for actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all integrations.
Key Skills:
- 8+ years hands-on experience customizing entities, workflows, and integrating D365 CRM with Power Platform.
- 8+ years troubleshooting technical issues, analyzing logs, and debugging.
- 5+ years strong understanding of data visualization and data modeling in Power BI.
- 3+ years working knowledge of Copilot Studio for automation and M365 Copilot governance.
- 3+ years familiarity with Azure Services (including Azure Active Directory).
- A collaborative, proactive approach comfortable leading conversations with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
