Summary: The Power Platform Administrator at NJTECH will lead the upgrade, governance, and troubleshooting of the Power Platform Center of Excellence toolkit, focusing on AI administration and Microsoft 365 Copilot governance. Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and support Dynamics 365 CRM, including configuration, customization, and integration with Power Platform.
- Develop and maintain Power Platform Canvas apps to meet business needs.
- Document processes and ensure consistent workflows across CRM and Power Platform solutions.
- Govern and support Microsoft 365 Copilot usage, including user enablement, policy compliance, and performance monitoring.
- Administer AI capabilities within Power Platform and M365, ensuring responsible use and alignment with business goals.
- Provide expertise in Co-Pilot Studio to streamline development and automation processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements in workflows and reporting.
Key Skills:
- Strong skills in creating and managing reports and dashboards using Power BI.
- Experience in upgrading and troubleshooting the Power Platform CoE Toolkit.
- Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio for automation and development.
