The Senior Business Intelligence Developer will lead the development and refinement of Power BI dashboards, integrating data from multiple enterprise sources (ServiceNow, ADO, SolarWinds, APIs, etc.). Beyond dashboard creation, this role is responsible for advanced data analysis interpreting trends, uncovering actionable insights, and helping the team tell the story behind the data to inform preventative and predictive decision-making.
They will streamline compliance workflows, automate processes using Power Automate and Power Apps, and mentor team members in best practices for data governance, analysis, and visualization.
The successful candidate will collaborate cross-functionally with Product Owners, Platform and Product teams, support teams, and business stakeholders to drive business intelligence strategies aligned with MPC s goals.
