Power BI

We are seeking an experienced HR Analytics Consultant with a strong background in human resources and advanced data analytics capabilities. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise in Power BI and SAS to support the preparation of data-driven insights and the development of executive-level dashboards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
• Perform statistical analysis and data modeling using SAS
• Collect, clean, and prepare HR datasets for reporting and analytical purposes
• Translate complex HR data into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders
• Partner with HR leadership to identify trends in workforce, headcount, attrition, compensation, and performance data
• Support ad hoc data requests and analytical projects as needed

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in Power BI — dashboard creation, data modeling, DAX
• Hands-on SAS experience — data manipulation, statistical procedures, reporting
• Strong background in HR data — familiarity with HRIS systems and HR metrics
• Proficiency in data preparation, cleansing, and transformation
• Ability to work independently and deliver quickly in a fast-paced environment
