Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Power BI reports and dashboards with strong UI/UX design principles
- Build data models and pipelines in Microsoft Fabric (Dataflows, Warehousing, Lakehouse)
- Work with Primavera P6 datasets (via APIs, XER, SQL integrations) to surface project controls insights
- Write and optimise SQL queries, DAX measures, and Python scripts for data transformation
- Collaborate with PMO and project controls teams to define KPIs, metrics, and reporting standards
- Support integration of additional datasets and APIs to extend analytics capability
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, present solutions, and drive adoption
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Power BI Developer with hands-on Microsoft Fabric projects
- SQL, DAX, Python, and Dataflows
- Practical experience working with Primavera P6 project controls data (essential)
- Understanding of project controls concepts, WBS structures, scheduling, and cost data
- Strong eye for UI/UX design in reporting
- Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

The Role
Youll be part of a multidisciplinary team working directly with project controls, PMO, and client stakeholders. Your focus will be on designing and delivering scalable data models, reports, and dashboards powered by Microsoft Fabric that integrate Primavera P6 data with wider enterprise datasets. This is a technical role but with strong stakeholder visibility: youll translate requirements into reporting solutions, ensure data quality and consistency, and bring creativity to how insights are delivered.
