For Operations team.

Creating critical dashboards- need strong Power BI Dev with really good DAX and modelling experience. Someone who can write queries on Snowflake to compare data validation, SQL. Proactive, dont just take orders. Need to suggest best ways to present data to the Product Owners. We might use Denodo tables- it's not a data engineer position but they should validate Denodo tables to make sure everything is accurate. Should also validate their data before handing over to QA.

Where people fell short in the past? Be proactive, show and suggest ways to do things better. Need to have strong communication.
