We're working with a world-renowned hospitality and luxury members-club group on this exciting opportunity. Shape the data landscape of a prestigious global brand by delivering a high-impact suite of reporting tools directly for the C-suite. You will lead the transition to a modern data environment, utilizing Microsoft Fabric and Power BI to revolutionize how the business understands membership, F&B, and club operations.

The Role

  • Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of complex Power BI dashboards for executive-level decision making.
  • Architect robust data models and manage sophisticated data flows directly within Microsoft Fabric to replace legacy Excel reporting.
  • Collaborate closely with the Interim CFO and the FP&A function to translate complex financial requirements into actionable visual insights.
  • Optimize club utilization, food & beverage (F&B) performance, and membership retention metrics through data-driven storytelling.
  • Implement best-practice data governance and ensure absolute data accuracy across all financial and operational reporting streams.
