Key Responsibilities:
- Create visually compelling Power BI dashboards and reports that tell compelling data stories
- Connect diverse data sources (Capita, SQL Server, Excel, SharePoint, APIs) and implement efficient data models using star schema architecture
- Work closely with our Data Group, SEND Business Analyst, Capita lead, and Head of Service to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Define KPIs, manage data refreshes, and ensure optimal report performance and scalability
- Provide training and support to end-users, helping them maximize Power BI capabilities
Key Skills:
- Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or equivalent experience
- Strong Power BI development experience
- SQL proficiency and data modeling expertise
- Experience with various data sources and ETL processes
- Microsoft Power BI certification (preferred)
- Experience in public sector or SEND services (preferred)
- Knowledge of data governance and security best practices (preferred)

What We're Looking For
