Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing a repeatable process for notification, collection, and updating of project information.
  • Pre-populating existing information into a data collection template and associating projects to project owners.
  • Providing transaction tracking for project updates.
  • Providing an archival process for project data.
  • Ensuring appropriate security for edit capabilities.
  • Creating a central repository for operational plans.
  • Creating dynamic data visualization dashboards for intranet and internet sites.
  • Providing documentation for the implemented solution.
  • Training Judiciary personnel on dashboard update processes.
  • Creating and maintaining a list of project owners.
  • Facilitating project updates via email or form link.
  • Allowing project owners to edit their updates and manage their projects.
  • Exporting data into .csv or .xls formats.
  • Designing dashboards for internal and external websites.
  • Creating exportable canned reports.

Key Skills:

Volitiion IIT Inc. is an IT Service and Staffing firm based of Leesburg VA. We have hiring Top Talents to add to our growing team of Technology Professionals.
We are looking for a Power BI Dashboard Developer to add to our team.
Job Overview:
Resource(s) must have a minimum of three (3) years' experience with the following technologies: Microsoft Power BI, SharePoint and web development.
SCOPE OF WORK

  1. Providing a repeatable process for notification, collection and updating of project information.

  1. Pre-populating existing information into a data collection template and properly associating projects to project owners.

  1. Providing transaction tracking for project updates.

  1. Providing an archival process for project data.

  1. Providing appropriate security ensuring edit capabilities are properly administered.

  1. Creating a central repository for the operational plans.

  1. Creating data visualization dashboards that can be updated dynamically for both the intranet and internet sites.

  1. Providing documentation for the implemented solution.

  1. Providing Judiciary personnel with training and/or documentation that thoroughly details (i.e., step-by-step) the process for updating the dashboards.

Resource(s) shall use the following requirements to complete the required deliverables:

  1. Notification Process

  1. A list of project owners shall be created and be able to be maintained

  1. Ability to associate projects to the owner(s).

  1. Create a form template to be populated from a central repository, emailed (e.g., message or link) and easily populated.

  1. Ability to send bulk emails on a defined schedule.

  1. Transaction log for sending and receiving correspondence.

Update Collection Process

  1. Project owners shall easily be able to provide updates either in the email or via a link to a form.

  1. The updates shall be able to be edited by the project owners.

  1. Project owners shall be able to access their projects and update when desired.

  1. Notification with a summary of updates will be provided to the project owner after successful submission.

  1. Project owners can only update their projects.

  1. Project owners need the ability to create new projects and delete old projects.

  1. Data should be exportable into .csv or .xls.

Data Visualization and Reports

  1. Dashboards shall be designed and created for both the internal (intranet) and external (internet) facing websites.

  1. Dashboards shall be updated dynamically, upon source update.

  1. Create a series of canned reports that are exportable to .xls.
