Power BI Consultant

Seeking a Power BI Consultant who will design, develop, and scale enterprise reporting and analytics Power BI dashboards.

The consultant will also be redesigning existing dashboards to look more professional and aesthetically pleasing, as well as:

• Elevate the game on the design of visuals.
• Build and maintain centralized semantic models that are mostly done already.
• Develop high-performance Power BI solutions, and partnering with business stakeholders to transform data into actionable insights.
• Enable self-service reporting, standardized business metrics.
• Collaborate with leaders in data, analytics, engineering, and business operations to create capabilities that directly influence company growth and performance.

Requirements: 5+ years of the following:

• Proven ability to redesign enterprise dashboards into polished, intuitive, and visually compelling reports.
• Ability to simplify complex data and create visuals that meet the “5-second rule” for quickly answering key business questions.
• Strong knowledge of DAX, semantic models, data modeling, and report performance optimization.
• Ability to understand business needs and translate them into meaningful KPIs, metrics, and actionable insights.
• Experience working with analytics teams and following established Power BI standards, branding, QA/QC, and Agile/ADO processes.
