Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with product owners and divisional stakeholders to gather and define reporting requirements.
  • Develop and maintain standardized reporting dashboards for finance teams and senior management.
  • Create detailed and structured business requirement documents to capture stakeholder needs.
  • Utilize tools such as DevOps for user story planning, tracking, and documentation.
  • Communicate requirements clearly to the development team and validate deliverables.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing and perform thorough data validation.
  • Collaborate with leadership to plan and prioritize project roadmaps.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality reporting tools and processes.

Key Skills:
