- 5 10+ years in cybersecurity engineering, SIEM administration, or security analytics.
- Strong expertise in Power BI (development, administration, Power Query, DAX, dashboard design).
- Hands-on experience with SIEM platforms (Splunk, Sentinel, QRadar, etc.) and SOAR tools (Splunk SOAR, Cortex XSOAR, Azure Logic Apps, XSIAM).
- Proficiency in Python, SPL/KQL/SQL/Regex, and automation scripting.
- Experience managing AWS environments with Terraform, GitLab/Jenkins, and Infrastructure as Code.
- Knowledge of IAM, SSO, RBAC, and enterprise identity platforms (Okta, Centrify).
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, RSA Archer, MITRE ATT&CK, NIST CSF, and NIST SP 800-53.
- Ability to communicate security metrics effectively through executive-level dashboards and reports.
- Experience in State government or large public-sector cybersecurity environments is highly preferred.
