Summary: The role of Power Automate RPA Consultant at R Systems involves developing workflows using Power Automate and integrating with Office 365 applications, particularly SharePoint online. The consultant will be responsible for debugging, enhancing existing workflows, and creating business processes to improve collaboration and productivity. This position requires direct interaction with clients to support various projects and solutions. The role is fully remote and classified as outside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing Power Automate workflows using Power Automate desktop tool (PAD).
- Experience with Office 365, particularly SharePoint online, including workflow integrations and PowerShell scripting.
- Interact with various external data sources and perform CRUD operations.
- Debug, develop, and add new conditions/actions in existing and new workflows using PAD.
- Create business processes with out-of-the-box MS Flow/Automate.
- Design end-to-end solutions that improve collaboration, productivity, and knowledge sharing.
- Work directly with clients to support various projects and solutions.
Key Skills:
- Ability to create business and IT processes with out-of-the-box and custom connectors with Microsoft Automate/Flow.
- Ability to create and connect child flows.
- Leverage the use of Microsoft Power Automate or Azure Logic Apps.
- Clear understanding of Power Automate functions and limitations.
- Experience developing RPA with Microsoft Power Automate/Flow, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, UI Path, etc.
- .Net development experience with familiarity with C#, ASP.Net MVC, Entity Framework, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is a plus.
- Creating PowerShell scripts is a plus.
