Summary: The Power Apps Developer role involves designing, building, and deploying advanced applications and workflows using Power Apps and Power Automate. The position requires a strong focus on governance, security, and compliance while enhancing existing solutions and providing technical guidance. Candidates should have extensive experience with data integration and be capable of delivering end-to-end solutions independently. This role is remote-friendly and emphasizes collaboration with business stakeholders to refine requirements and optimize applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and deploy advanced canvas apps, model-driven apps, and Power Automate flows to support business processes.
  • Build reusable building blocks (components) using component libraries, power apps component framework (PCF) for better governance and faster development.
  • Ensure all Power Apps formulas follow delegation best practices to support large data sources and integration with (SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL).
  • Gather and refine business requirements to translate into functional app and workflow designs.
  • Enhance existing Power Platform solutions through optimization, troubleshooting, and performance improvements.
  • Ensure solutions follow governance, security, and compliance standards.
  • Maintain clear documentation of solutions developed and conduct unit testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and training materials as needed.
  • Support troubleshooting and provide technical guidance during deployment and post-launch.

Key Skills:

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, and data integration using Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL, and connectors.
  • Skilled in building scalable Power Apps with Power Fx, automation workflows, secure data models, delegable formulas, and ALM-based deployments.
  • Experienced in managing environment security roles, permissions, solution packaging, versioning, and Dev-to-Prod deployments.
  • Able to independently deliver end-to-end solutions.
