Summary: The SharePoint Consultant (Power Platform) role requires extensive experience in SharePoint administration and development, particularly with the Power Platform suite. The consultant will work in an Agile environment, focusing on creating and maintaining applications, addressing customer incidents, and collaborating with teams to design custom solutions. Proficiency in .NET framework and tenant-level administration is essential for this position. The role is fully remote and classified as outside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Successfully work in an Agile environment performing development as well as Peer Review (two-weeks sprints) activities
  • Address and remediate incidents and tasks from customers
  • Create and maintain Canvas apps (Power Apps)
  • Perform tenant level Administration tasks Create Power Platform Environments, deploy apps to different environments, create new SharePoint and TEAMS sites
  • Design, develop and maintain key components of customer SharePoint & Teams sites
  • Implement and maintain SharePoint-based workflows
  • Work with the team to design and develop custom SharePoint solutions
  • Integrate SharePoint with other existing systems
  • Demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, etc.
  • Maintain product quality by carrying out reviews, performing ongoing refactoring of code, and implementing any necessary fixes or enhancements
  • Ensure all solutions are properly tested and meet user requirements.
  • Work with BA/PM to address customer concerns, questions and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with Federal counterparts on solutioning for customers

Key Skills:

  • 8 years of hands-on SharePoint experience
  • Experience within the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Data Verse, etc.) and custom code (.Net and SPFx) solutions within SharePoint.
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting and Graph API
  • Experience in developing custom applications
  • SharePoint administration experience (Tenant level)
  • Experience with automating Admin tasks
  • SharePoint environment migration to the cloud
  • SharePoint development or solution implementation particularly in SharePoint Online.

Tenant level experience as a System/SharePoint Admin, MS FORMS, Power Platform - SharePoint as the backend data source, POWER APPS, Power Automate, TEAMS, Office 365 and proficiency in using the .NET framework.
