Summary: The role of Post-Sales Recruiter at MongoDB involves supporting the growth of Customer Success, Onboarding, Support, Professional Services, and Pre-Sales teams across EMEA. The recruiter will partner with hiring managers to develop data-driven recruiting strategies and engage with candidates throughout the hiring process. This position requires a hands-on approach to recruiting while also contributing to the overall recruiting strategy. The role can be performed remotely from either Dublin or London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on recruiting strategies and candidate closing.
  • Develop sourcing strategies to generate a sufficient candidate pipeline using innovative techniques.
  • Engage with candidates from screening through to offer negotiation.
  • Leverage Greenhouse to track candidate progress and maintain clean data for reporting.
  • Establish relationships with client groups to understand business objectives and challenges.
  • Create and ensure a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Key Skills:

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in Customer Success or Technical roles.
  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve hiring targets.
  • Experience utilizing various recruiting tools (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
  • Flexibility to contribute to hiring needs across various locations and business units.
