Summary: The role of Post-Sales Recruiter at MongoDB involves supporting the growth of Customer Success, Onboarding, Support, Professional Services, and Pre-Sales teams across EMEA. The recruiter will partner with hiring managers to develop data-driven recruiting strategies and engage with candidates throughout the hiring process. This position requires a hands-on approach to recruiting while also contributing to the overall recruiting strategy. The role can be performed remotely from either Dublin or London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on recruiting strategies and candidate closing.
- Develop sourcing strategies to generate a sufficient candidate pipeline using innovative techniques.
- Engage with candidates from screening through to offer negotiation.
- Leverage Greenhouse to track candidate progress and maintain clean data for reporting.
- Establish relationships with client groups to understand business objectives and challenges.
- Create and ensure a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Key Skills:
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in Customer Success or Technical roles.
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve hiring targets.
- Experience utilizing various recruiting tools (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
- Flexibility to contribute to hiring needs across various locations and business units.
