20+ years of IT experience in SAP Development, Implementation, Upgrade and supporting production systems for SAP ECC, S4HANA, BW /BW4HANA, BOBJ, and SAC.
I have 10+ years SAP Techno-Functional experience in functional modules - MM, IM, SD, PM, WM/EWM, TM, FI-CO, APO, IBP, SRM & MDM.
I have over 10 years’ experience in SAP BI implementation and support projects for SAP BW, BW4HANA, and SAC.
Expert in designing analytical applications using SAC - creating dashboards, advanced story designing, optimizing models, linked analysis, custom calculations, input controls, and interactive visualizations.
Experienced in migrating data to Snowflakes using SAP BODS and Talend and reporting with Power BI and Report builder.
Experienced in extracting data using flat files, Generic extraction, LO cockpit, LIS, CDS Views & ODP Extractors.
Involved in full life cycle implementation of BI projects from requirement gathering, high-level technical designing and development, transport management, data extraction and loading, system upgrades, support packages, batch scheduling, QA testing, stabilization, performance tuning and production support.
Experienced in creating custom ADSO objects, Composite providers, Process Chains, User-Exits, Function Modules, CDS Views, OData, AMDP Classes, object-oriented ABAP classes, Bex Queries, Open Hub, DTPs, Transformations and Virtual characteristics.
Experienced in translating business requirements into solution design and modeling to ensure business requirements are met.
Experienced in reviewing functional and technical design documents to ensure design standards are followed and documented.
Strong Management capabilities include managing both onshore and offshore teams.
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all management levels.

Responsibilities
- Lead changes to existing HANA models and plan/implement new requirements from Business.
- Stay organized with team’s deliverables in Jira and be up to date on status and its updates.
- Conduct daily calls with Data team and Operations team.
- Work with product owners from different functional area and understand data /analytics needs.
- Understand and help Data Architect with data quality, data lineage, data dictionary etc. using data management principles.
- Make sure the development follow best practices/standards set by architects.
- Update, Create, Own data models and functional flows end to end.
- Follow data governance principles, best practices and use of AI where applicable in all objects.
- Manage the integration of data from various sources (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, HANA Cloud, SAP Datasphere) to ensure data quality, accuracy, and seamless data flow within Data warehousing solutions.
- Work on development, trouble shooting, testing on data related issues, reporting and analytics in SAP tools.
- Be able to quickly develop objects within HANA Cloud/Datasphere and analytics using SAC or BOBJ.
- Knowledge and hands on experience with data migration tools and process
Overall Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Datasphere/Native HANA/HANA Cloud/SAC/Integrated planning
- Strong functional knowledge especially in finance and supply chain planning areas
- A strong understanding of data management principles
- Ability to integrate data from different SAP systems by understanding data models and structures
- Knowledge of Datasphere, SAP S/4, CDS views, SDI/SDA/SLT/BODS, SAP CPI, Cloud connector, API, HANA Cloud/HANA Modeling, SAP IBP.
- Experience with agile delivery methodologies
- Experience/understanding with ERP implementation processes (i.e. planning, blueprinting, go-live, hypercare)
- Demonstrated strong organizational skills with strong PC literacy with Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Well versed in using Visio and creating documents/flows using it
- Must be highly customer focused with a demonstrated commitment to customer care and building long-term relationships
