Summary: The Portfolio Project Manager (Commercial) will lead the execution of pilot programs in the U.S., ensuring that milestones and deliverables are met while managing cross-functional coordination among various stakeholders. The role involves synthesizing insights from field data and customer feedback to drive strategic initiatives and reporting on program performance. Effective communication with senior leadership and maintaining program health through proactive assessments are key components of this position. The role is remote-friendly and requires collaboration across multiple teams to facilitate decision-making and alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive execution of five U.S.-based pilot charters, ensuring milestones, timelines, and deliverables remain on track
  • Continuously assess program health: identify progress, risks, delays, and areas requiring acceleration or escalation
  • Synthesize timelines across internal teams and external customer accounts
  • Collaborate across key stakeholders including HEOR, Medical Affairs, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams
  • Partner with portfolio teams such as Endomech and Biosurgery (including hemostats product lines)
  • Ensure alignment across stakeholders through consistent communication and structured updates
  • Lead recurring cross-functional meetings (weekly cadence) to align on priorities and progress
  • Communicate effectively with Directors and Senior Directors, driving alignment and securing necessary approvals or resources
  • Maintain clear, proactive communication with U.S. regional/brand teams
  • Translate field insights, customer feedback, and pilot learnings into actionable recommendations
  • Support initiatives focused on transitioning customers from legacy products to advanced technologies
  • Demonstrate economic and clinical value propositions
  • Drive adoption across ambulatory surgery centers and targeted specialties
  • Identify key barriers such as pricing challenges, market dynamics, and customer behavior patterns
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and executive-level reporting
  • Analyze program performance data and generate insights using tools such as Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Deliver clear, concise updates to leadership on program status and strategic impact
  • Evaluate current program status and performance across pilot sites
  • Identify risks, delays, and opportunities for acceleration
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to remove roadblocks
  • Facilitate alignment and decision-making across stakeholders
  • Prepare leadership updates and maintain reporting dashboards
