  • 10+ years of management consulting, portfolio, or program leadership roles (especially within large enterprises or Big 4 consulting).

  • Proven experience leading enterprise-wide digital transformations.

  • Strong executive presence and the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.

  • Expertise in Agile program/portfolio management (e.g., SAFe, Spotify, or hybrid models).

  • Experience with Lean Portfolio Management, OKRs, and outcome-driven delivery.
