Pigment is a change and transformation consultancy. We partner with other consultancies, government departments, and private sector organisations to deliver a 'one team approach' for solving complex change across public and private sector programmes.
We are seeking several PPM Consultants across Portfolio, Programme, and Project levels to join our Estate Transformation team, delivering complex capital investment and refurbishment programmes within the defence estate.
Working in a dynamic and collaborative environment, you will oversee major refurbishments and estate modernisation initiatives. Whether your expertise lies in managing individual projects, coordinating complex programmes, or overseeing strategic portfolios, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality, sustainable infrastructure that provides lasting value.
Our consultants will be:
- Managing capital investment, refurbishment and estate transformation projects.
- Managing portfolios of capital projects, balancing priorities, budgets, risks and resources to maximise value and outcomes.
- Developing business cases.
- Managing project governance, reporting, schedules, risks, issues and dependencies.
- Working with internal stakeholders, technical specialists, contractors and supply chain partners to ensure successful delivery.
We're looking for professionals who have experience in:
- Portfolio, programme or project management within infrastructure, construction, property, estates or capital delivery in defence.
- Managing multiple stakeholders (including military leadership)
- Working within structured project management methodologies and governance frameworks within defence or government infrastructure programmes.
For the Portfolio Consultant,
experience reporting directly into senior military stakeholders at 1*, 2*, or 3* level is highly desirable.
Due to project sensitivities, our consultants must have active and valid SC-Level Clearance.
If you're a collaborative team player who enjoys working closely with others and you're passionate about ensuring transformation programmes deliver genuine value to the United Kingdom, we'd love to hear from you.
