Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in portfolio management, PMO governance, demand management, and project coordination
- Proficiency in Monday.com, Planview, Clarity, Jira, Smartsheet, and portfolio management platforms
- Experience in portfolio intake, prioritization, governance reviews, and approval workflows
- Experience with workflow automation, business process mapping, and process optimization
- Experience in portfolio reporting, KPI dashboards, executive scorecards, and data analysis
- Strong communication skills supporting stakeholders, executives, PMOs, and technology teams
Responsibilities
- Manage portfolio intake processes from submission through evaluation and approval
- Maintain portfolio backlogs, governance records, status tracking, and planning artifacts
- Develop and update governance frameworks, standards, templates, and operational procedures
- Administer portfolio management tools, dashboards, workflows, automations, and permissions
- Produce portfolio metrics, executive reports, analytics, and governance insights
- Support portfolio reviews, capacity planning, audits, process improvements, and roadmap activities
