Key Responsibilities:
- Progress the policy workstream for the HPV Self-Testing platform.
- Act as a bridge between policy and technical teams, translating complex policy into technical requirements.
- Engage with senior stakeholders and communicate policy decisions effectively.
- Work within an Agile delivery environment.
- Manage planning, risk, and dependencies while handling competing priorities.

We are looking for an experienced Policy Delivery Manager to join the Healthcare England HPV Self-Testing team in Healthcare SE Digital Screening, working within an Agile delivery environment. You will be responsible for progressing the policy workstream that underpins the development of a new HPV Self-Testing platform, enabling citizens to self-test at home. Acting as a key bridge between policy and technical teams, you will translate complex policy detail into technical requirements and vice versa. You will engage senior stakeholders, policy teams and the Agile delivery team, ensuring policy decisions are communicated clearly and delivered effectively. This is a largely remote role.
