Summary: The PMO – Project Coordinator role is a remote position within a leading IT consultancy, focused on supporting the delivery of global IT, AV, and video collaboration projects. The coordinator will be responsible for project tracking, cost monitoring, documentation, and stakeholder communication, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations. This 12-month fixed-term contract offers an opportunity to work with international clients and cutting-edge technologies in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support to project managers and PMO teams within a consultancy setting.
  • Maintain and update detailed project and program schedules.
  • Assist in budget tracking, invoicing, and P&L maintenance.
  • Coordinate resource planning and third-party vendor relationships.
  • Prepare project reports, meeting notes, and key documentation.
  • Organise and manage multi-timezone meetings with stakeholders, vendors, and clients.
  • Ensure project delivery aligns with contractual scope, timelines, and budgets.
  • Track and report on RAIDC (Risks, Actions, Issues, Dependencies, Changes).
  • Ensure compliance with the consultancy’s project delivery frameworks and governance models.
  • Support multiple concurrent projects across different regions and workstreams.

Key Skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in project delivery, ideally within an IT or technology consultancy.
  • At least 2 years’ experience as a Project Coordinator in a global or multi-national environment.
  • Strong understanding of project life cycles, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability tracking.
  • Experience working in remote/virtual teams with international stakeholders.
  • Exposure to AV, IT, or video collaboration technologies highly preferred.
  • Competent in using project management tools, with Monday.com experience being a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to manage tasks under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • CAPM or PRINCE2 Foundation certification (or currently working towards).
  • Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
