Summary: The PMO Manager/PMO Analyst role is a contract position focused on leading PMO functions for a global software distribution company undergoing digital transformation. The position requires the candidate to establish project standards, manage resources, and engage with stakeholders while working on Microsoft-centric projects. This role is fully remote and offers a competitive daily rate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Redefine and enforce project standards and definitions, processes, and methodologies
- Create a proactive PMO function as a true central hub for project information
- Responsible for data collection and analysis
- Resource and portfolio management
- Strong stakeholder management
- Work on financial forecasting
- Work on process improvement
- Work hand in glove with the programme directors
- Experience with a wide variety of projects with a specific focus on Microsoft-centric projects (Azure, Databricks, NAV/BC/Dynamics F+O)
- Ideally candidate from a Software Vendor or distributor background
